Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. She started participating in fitness shows when she was 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. She was 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. A year later, at the age of 17, she won her pro card. Thus becoming one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing for many years and set more ambitious goals every year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show saw her finish at third. In summer 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel states that she was more than proud of her placing. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel likes to focus specifically on the back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups as well as seated rows. It is common to warm up prior to the training. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
