Annmarie Fairweather leads all practices related to People, Talent and Culture at Learning Ally. Annmarie has over 30 years of experience working as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with groups of managers to reach the business objectives, especially during periods of fast change and growth. She has been a key partner in translating business and human strategies into strategic goals for enterprises and plans has included organizational and performance planning along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. Awed by management, she believes that the development of teams and their learning being the key to competitive advantage. The vast experience she has gained with smaller and mid-sized companies along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated success and results has have helped to create corporate cultures that embrace the concept of learning and innovation that positively affect groups and companies. Annmarie devotes her time and energy in the field of Learning Ally, but she is also involved with several other non profit organizations. For instance, she is a member within the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is dedicated to helping women become leaders.
